Commercial storefront under construction with river-rock stone columns flanking an arched stucco entrance, a work van and a lift parked at the door

Commercial & Hospitality

The same standard, at building scale.

Restaurants, offices, retail build-outs, multi-unit work.

What we do

Bar tops, reception, restrooms, exterior stone.

Restaurants, offices, retail build-outs and multi-unit work run through the same shop and the same crew as a kitchen island. Bar and service tops, reception surfaces, restroom counters, feature walls, columns, entrance surrounds and exterior stone — measured, fabricated and installed by the people who will stand behind it.

Commercial work is unforgiving of surprises. A residential job that slips a week is an inconvenience. A build-out that slips a week is a closed door and payroll running against no revenue. So the scope is settled and the number is locked before the first cut, and the same crew that templated it is the crew that sets it.

How it works
Retail storefront under construction: river-rock stone columns either side of an arched stucco entry, black awning, glass front and a work van at the kerb
Downtown corner storefront mid-renovation, brick columns carrying a curved timber canopy over a white-painted brick facade, windows boarded with plywood

Working with us

One contract, one crew, one number.

Design, fabrication and installation happen under one roof. That matters more on a commercial job than a residential one, because there is nobody to point at when a surface arrives cut wrong and the opening date does not move.

We work from your drawings or from a site template, and sequence around the other trades on the job.

The Locked Price Guarantee. “The number we quote is the number you pay. No allowances. No surprise change orders. One crew, one contract, one price.”

Start here

Send the drawings.

Send plans, a finish schedule or a photograph of the space, and we will come and measure. If it helps to see finished work first, ask for the See It Built tour, or come to the showroom at 2010 Chapin Rd and put your hands on the material.
