Fire, and something to hold it.
Outdoor fireplaces, chimneys, fire pits and fire features.
Fireplaces and chimneys
A chimney is the tallest thing you will ask us to build.
An outdoor chimney carries its own weight fifteen or twenty feet into the air, in wind, on ground that moves. It needs a footing sized for it, a firebox built to draw, a flue that clears the roofline, and a cap that keeps the weather out of the whole assembly. None of that is visible in a photograph, and all of it is why some chimneys are still plumb in thirty years.
Outdoor fireplaces under pavilions and open to the sky, full chimneys, wood-burning and gas fireboxes, raised hearths, seat walls, and fire pits set into paver or flagstone patios. Timber and stone mantels cut to the opening.

What you get
Stand inside our work first.
Most stone contractors here work out of a truck. We built a showroom at 2010 Chapin Rd with a covered slab gallery and an outdoor pavilion. The pavilion has a full stone fireplace in it, so you can stand in front of a finished one before you decide.
One crew, stone to finish. Footing, firebox, flue, face and hearth by the same people. One contract, one point of contact, no subs pointing at each other when something needs to be made right.
The Locked Price Guarantee. “The number we quote is the number you pay. No allowances. No surprise change orders. One crew, one contract, one price.”

The Backyard Blueprint Walkthrough.
A private design session at the Chapin showroom. Tour the showroom, the pavilion and the covered slab gallery, hand-pick your stone, and spend the hour with a master craftsman rather than a salesperson. You leave with a hand-drawn concept of your own backyard and a fixed all-in price.
